Drenched
San Diego is usually a stranger to cold temps, wind and rain but it looks like we’re in for a reality check for the next couple days. Even though it may not be a practical option, I would love to stay in, make my favorite Tazo tea and curl up on the sofa with a movie. While it is tempting and easier to just throw on a sweatshirt and jeans to brave the elements, I find that dressing a little more chic for these dreary days to be much more fun! I love a thick, durable trench coat paired with playful rubber boots and patterned accessories. It actually makes getting drenched slightly more bearable!

I know…what is the deal with this weather? It was so cold and windy last night, I was watching the news to see if needed to evacuate! :) Maybe we are wusses but it is damn cold! I’m living in outfits like the one above! Leggings, UGGs or Hunters and lots of scarves!
